EQ: How can an electrician best wire a house?
Answer 3: The electrician should constantly refer to electrical schematics to ensure accuracy and reduce the time it takes to complete a project.
Examples:
1) When doing repair, schematics can really help shorten the troubleshooting phase of the repair to help locate the problem faster.
2) From my own experience I have found that it has been easier to draw a schematic of what you want before beginning to wire your circuit. It also creates less of a mess.
3) Schematics also show you the different paths of the equipment and it helps efficiency.

Blog 9: EQ
Content:
1) I reviewed the rule of three for writing an EQ.
2) Review the following EQs and
No this EQ does not meet the rule of 3. It would have been better if the EQ had specified more as in selecting an age group or gender. Perhaps people with disabilities? Or Obesity?
b. What is most important to securing a conviction in a criminal investigation?
Yes, it makes sense and can have a lot of research an hands on learning.
c. What is most important in creating a hairstyle that best satisfies a customer?
I think that this one is almost there... it would be better to explain who the customer is or type that they are because I don't know many people who ask their hair stylist to make a custom style.
d. How can an Anesthesiologist best treat chronic pain?
I don't think that this one is as specific as it can be, it should be directed at a certain type of chronic pain, not in general.
3) What is the most important effect an Electrician has in the workplace.

Blog 8: Research and Working EQ
Content:
1) Working EQ: What knowledge/skills must an electrician obtain to be proficient at his/her job?
2) I believe that the safety regulations are a must to know. Without knowing the safety regulations you cannot work, also if you don't know them then you can not only put your own life in danger but others as well. Loose wires are a huge hazard because if it has a current going through it and someone accidentally touches it, you bet they will get a shock. Safety also applies to wires that are unprotected, they can eventually rip and cause problems for anyone working near them. Overall someone who doesn't know the safety regulations are actually a hazard themselves and they shouldn't be allowed to work until they know the safety regulations.
3) My mentor has been my most important source to answer my EQ
4) My mentor's name is Alfredo Nunez Sr. and he is an Industrial Maintenance Technician/ Electrician. What we do relates to the EQ because we have been looking at how wiring is done, how to tell the difference between hot wires, ground wires, neutral wires, and how to put them in place to get a motor to work. We will also learn how the wiring of a house works and how to get electricity from point A to point B.

Blog 5 Project Reflection and Working EQ
The Pentagon:
1) Not many positive things have happened as a result of this other than my knowledge on franchising expanding a bit more from research and well learning how to be less forgetful. Other than that I've had a few setbacks on attaining mentorship and an interview.
2) Well as I've been reading my research the one that caught my eye was "10 Things Every Franchise Owner Should Know" by Cliff Ennico . This article helped me understand my topic more because I hadn't known how time consuming being a franchisee can be which is a huge thing for me because I want to be with my family in the future.
3) So far what has been working for me has pretty much only been researching, although I did mess up on the second research check, I have noticed that there are alot of website and a few programs that will help out franchisees. That's about it.
4) What hasn't worked was finding a mentor or interviewee. I had lost my mentor and the interviewee said they were unable to do the interview anymore so I have to find another one.
5) A potential EQ is: What is the best way for a franchisee to work with their franchisor to be successful and satisfy both parties?
I haven't found a mentor yet, but my mom has told me she knows a guy who might be able to do it so I am planning to get in touch with him.

2) Is the only amount of answers to have 3 even though 2 answers are very similar?
3) I think the most important part to the senior presentation are the answers because if the answers aren't very insightful nobody will be interested in what the presenter has to say. If the answer is too simple people will be able to tell whether or not you thought about your answer and from there they will decide on how to interpret your answer(s). Also if it's too simple it won't catch anyone's eye.
4) I was considering doing a topic related to business because I have always wanted to work in a business environment.
